Physiotherapy (PT) attempts to address the illnesses, or injuries that limit a person abilities to move and perform functional activities in their daily lives. PT management commonly includes assistance with specific exercises, manual therapy and manipulation,mechanical devices such as traction, education, physical agents which includes heat, cold, electricity, sound waves, radiation, assistive devices, prostheses, and other interventions.

Artificial Limb Centre is one of its kind in the central Kerala with all the facilities for making artificial limbs; both upper and lower limbs. ‘Rotary International’ is associated with the hospital for this project. Centre also provides customized diabetic foot wear, braces, slings & splints.
