Registered Pharmacist will assist to get the desired outcome to minimize overuse underuse and misuse of medications medication-related public health goals and optimization of cost-effective medication therapy.

CLINICAL PHARMACY
Clinical Pharmacy is a health science discipline in which pharmacists provide patient care that optimizes medication therapy and promotes health, wellness, and disease prevention. The practise of clinical pharmacy embraces the philosophy of pharmaceutical care; it blends a caring orientation with specialized therapeutic knowledge, experience, and judgment to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Clinical Pharmacist (CP) provides medication therapy evaluations and recommendations to patients and other health care professionals. Conduct medication reconciliation, Monitor & reports Medication Error, Adverse Drug Reaction (ADR) and implement preventive measures.
Drug Information Centre (DIC) - The purpose of the service is to provide accurate, current and unbiased drug information in the promotion of rational drug therapy.
DIC is located near to OP Pharmacy. CP will be available to help you.
